Founded in 2006, Junari aims to provide SMEs with affordable business systems tailored to their specific needs. Unable to find a system that met our requirements, we chose to build upon the OpenERP platform, creating a powerful, integrated solution across all common business areas. Committed to innovation and growth, we adopted the latest version of OpenERP—Odoo—in 2019, becoming an Odoo Ready Partner in 2021 and an Odoo Silver Partner in 2024.

Management
Dom Tyler
Chief Executive Officer
Dom took the reins of Junari in 2018. He has worked in software since 1999 and been passionate throughout about making the most practical use of software in businesses.
Dom became director of a well-established software company in Suffolk in 2006 and progressed to MD in 2012. During this time, he was also elected as chair of Mid and North Essex Mind mental health charity, retiring from the role in 2018 to focus on Junari.
Outside of work, he is kept busy with his kids, an active lifestyle, and loads of audiobooks, and will probably always have a few more grey hairs than the most recent photo on our website.
Mya Tyler-Lovett
Business Administration Apprentice
Mya joined Junari in 2024 as a Business Administration Apprentice. She assists in a range of administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in business operations and management. Her role involves supporting and handling day-to-day activities, contributing to project management, and helping to ensure efficient workflow within the company.
In her personal time, you will either find Mya at the gym, doing art, cooking or spending time with her friends.
Mike Tyler
Finance Director
Mike is a hands-on FCCA (Fellowship ACCA), having worked in finance for over 40 years. He now sits as an advisor to Junari regarding financial strategy and planning.
Living in Suffolk with his wife, Mike has three sons.
Mariam Hovsepyan
Business Development Manager
Mariam joined Junari in 2025 as a Lead Generation and Business Development Manager. She specializes in identifying and engaging potential clients for Junari's CRM and business management solutions, working closely with the sales team to create valuable business opportunities and demonstrate the impact of our software platforms.
Outside of work, Mariam enjoys staying active at the gym or traveling with friends.
Abdou Belhadj
Developer
Abdou Belhadj, who began his role as a Developer at Junari in 2023, has quickly proven himself indispensable in the development of Recycly. He possesses a robust background in computer science, with a particular talent for swift adaptation to new programming environments and challenges. Abdou's contributions to the Recycly project are marked by his innovative problem-solving and efficient coding practices, enhancing both the performance and scalability of the platform
Abdou lives in Tunisia and is passionate about his personal dreams and aspirations, enjoys listening to music and surfing, and any activities that bring him joy and relaxation!
Tewodros Abebe
Developer
Tewodros joined Recycly in 2025 as a Software Developer, specialising in Odoo, Python, and web-based business systems. With nearly eight years of hands-on experience, he works across the full development lifecycle - from requirements and design through to implementation and long-term support.
He plays a key role in building scalable, reliable solutions for real-world challenges, contributing to projects including data synchronisation tools, workflow automation, and large-scale management platforms. Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Tewodros focuses on creating systems that are both powerful and easy to use.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching football, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, taking relaxing walks, and unwinding with TV dramas.
