A major London based printer who has been using JunariCRM for the previous few months has commissioned further work on their system!
Having now been using a tailored implementation of JunariCRM for a few months, the printer has been so impressed that they have commissioned further work on the system. The original system was customised to capture new enquiries, estimates and orders, a process that was previously done by hand.
The Director said in August this year "The overwhelming benefit we have experienced since adopting the Junari system within our business is in understanding why we are failing to convert enquiries and in providing full traceability from a project management perspective for those enquiries."
The new work aims to further streamline their business workflows, giving great value to the company by collecting all data in one place, reducing unnecessary time spent on other systems and giving the user an improved workflow for fulfilling their business needs. |
