Written by Ben Lloyd

Junari are set to exhibit their customer relationship management software and services at the Bury St Edmunds B2B fair on Thursday 30th September 2010 at the Corn Exchange in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK.

Following public acclaim at other regional business fairs, Junari are making another public demonstration of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, junariCRM. Based on the OpenERP platform, junariCRM has been heavily customised for use in UK businesses and is praised for it's functionality, ease of use and importantly, it's price.

Said Steve Austin, Managing Director of Junari, 'We have garnered a lot of praise for junariCRM from other local businesses who are impressed not only by the product, but also the potential impact the software could have on their business efficiency and profit margins. Because of this positive feedback we are taking the opportunity to introduce other companies to our offering at the Bury St Edmunds Business to Business Exhibition.'

In addition to junariCRM, visitors will also have an opportunity to experience the revolutionary augmented realty iPhone app developed in conjunction with 3D On. As official members of Apple iPhone Developer Program, Junari are fully qualified to offer bespoke app development for the smartphone according to customer needs.

The Bury St Edmunds Business to Business Fair, operated by NECSES Events, will feature demonstrations by a variety of local companies operating in a number of different industry sectors. East Anglian software house upgrade office space following continued and sustained business growth

From Tuesday 6th July 2010, Junari will be operating out of a larger office based in the Lodge Lane Business Park in Colchester following continued business growth. Increased business volume and the employment of additional staff has seen the developers of junariCRM forced to upgrade their office space to cope with demand.

Said Steve Austin, Managing Director of Junari, "Because of the increased popularity of our junariCRM customer relationship management system and our desire to further improve and extend our product we have taken on additional staff to drive our vision forward. Combined with the ever growing interest in our iPhone development offerings and the partnership with 3D On, this is an exciting time of growth for us as a company."

"The new office will allow for increased expansion and an even more positive working environment than that which we have at present," added Russell Briggs, Lead Developer for Junari, "I strongly believe that our products can only get better as we continue to grow. The location of the office just off the A12 is ideal for our customers to visit us, whilst the rural tranquillity adds to the ambience of the working environment."

Junari Announce Apple iPhone Developer Program Membership PDF Print E-mail
Written by Ben Lloyd

East Anglian software house joins the mobile revolution to produce Apple iPhone apps

Adding to an already extensive portfolio of development skills, Junari are pleased to confirm that they have been accepted for membership of the Apple iPhone Developer Program entitling then to produce applications for the hugely popular smartphone. In addition to construction of an iPhone App to interface with the acclaimed junariCRM customer relationship management system, Junari are also working in partnership with another local company to develop a revolutionary augmented reality program.

Said Steve Austin, Managing Director of Junari, "Use of the mobile internet has rocketed in recent years but the user experience has always been poor and time consuming. With analysts predicting that mobile web use will overtake the desktop in the next five years, anything that can be done to improve usability for our clients will prove beneficial. When you consider that despite the frustrations $1.6 billion was spent over the mobile web by phone users, it makes sense that businesses need to look at targeting this market. Our newly acquired iPhone Developer status can help us help local businesses join the mobile internet revolution."

iPhone apps cover a broad spectrum of functions from entertainment and games to fully fledged business-oriented packages involving mobile-optimised shopfronts and interfaces to mission-critical systems. According to comScore research, smartphone ownership rates are growing at 70% per year and there is an existing market penetration of 23% equating to 11 million users. As a result businesses are increasingly targeting smartphone users through apps, value added services and mobile advertising.

Despite there being over 185,000 iPhone applications for download from Apple, very few professional app developers are based in the East Anglia region of the UK. In addition to creating their own junariCRM app, and their new partnerships, Junari offer bespoke app development services to businesses in Essex, Suffolk and nationally.

Junari have been accepted as founding members of the first Business Over Breakfast (BoB) Club in Ipswich, Suffolk

With clubs running in the USA, Canada, India and the UK, Business Over Breakfast (BoB) exists to create a networking environment for the exchange of referrals and opportunities. Running as a business hub, each BoB club member actively seeks and creates opportunities for other members of their local club.

Said Steve Austin, Managing Director of Junari, "Unlike other business clubs I have tried, BoB meet fortnightly and focus purely on quality referrals, instead of quantity. The friendliness of each of the members is exceeded only by their professionalism and commitment to success for all of us. Junari are looking forward to a mutually successful future with our BoB club colleagues."

Each fortnightly BoB meeting, features a 10 minute showcase presentation by one of the members as well as providing the opportunity for exchanging referrals. The focus on quality referrals means that club members are not pressurised into providing worthless leads each meeting.

The Ipswich BoB Club is still recruiting new members, with their next meeting scheduled for 7am on Thursday 18th May 2010 at the David Lloyd Health Club in Ipswich and visitors are welcome. For further details, please see the Bob Club Ipswich website (http://www.bobclubs.com/Club/Ipswich) or contact Steve Austin at Junari (www.junari.com).
