Previous Projects

The Junari team have worked on a wide variety of projects using Python, Java, C#, .net, PHP, XML, C, C++ and Flash as well as a number of scripting languages, here are a small set of examples of the type of work we have carried out.

Augmented Reality - We have recently partnered with a well respected 3D Computer Graphics company to develop an exciting new mobile Augmented Reality solution for the iPhone. Initial prototyping and demonstrations have garnered very positive reviews and further details of the application will be released shortly on our news pages.

Property Management Module - We responded to the needs of a number of Property Letting Agents that required a system to manage properties and landlords or tenants data and then match them up for a defined contract period. The junariCRM system based on OpenERP was used as a development platform to provide the property management functionality which has been very well received.

Fabric Testing Management Application - A bespoke application was developed by the Junari team specifically for a major fabric testing company in the UK, which allowed the customer to log jobs and manage all aspects of their testing operations.

The Windows application, was written in Visual Basic to allow good integration with Goldmine, their existing CRM system. It consists of a Windows Executable, a set of libraries, a set of XML configuration files and a Database.

The application was integrated with the following external applications:

• GoldMine CRM - The application was integrated with GoldMine in order to retrieve User and Contact information. It also scheduled activities and forecasted sales, and logged items in the customer history.
• Dymo Label Printing Software - For printing labels for samples based on data held on tests.
• Microsoft Word integration - The application had built-in mail-merge capability for generating word documents based on Templates and the information held in the application database
• Microsoft Excel Integration - The system was developed to be able to export data and reports to Microsoft Excel
• E-mail Integration - Allows users to send e-mail to internal and external contacts. The system also had built-in automatic e-mail alerts
• Accounts Integration - The application was developed to integrate with the customers Access Accounts database in Microsoft SQL Server. This enabled the creation of invoices from the same data when a project was completed.
